KS Therapeutics Located in the Optima Biulding
Parking: all clients must park on the residential streets. All parking spots on the Optima Building property are reserved and I currently do not have a spot but I amon a waitlist to get one. Therefore, all clients must park on the street. Clifton Street is 1 hour parking (Mon-Friday 7:30-5:30) and Riddle Ave and Percy Ave both are 2 hour parking (Mon-Friday 7:30-5:30). Parking for any appointments that fall outside those hours won't need to worry about timing restrictions on the street.
Building: for security purposes the front door is locked after 5pm on weekdays and all hours on weekends. If you have an appointment after 5pm or on weekends please text me at 1-(431)-444-4640 to let me know that you’re here and I will let you in. If you are early you may need to wait in your car if I’m still with a client.
Accessibility: both my office/treatment room and the restroom are on the main floor. There is a very small bump getting into the building and there are two doors to go through. There unfortunately is not a handicap specific parking spot and the doors do not have a handicap button. If you are in need of any assistance getting in or out of the building please do not hesitate to ask!
